These terms govern your use of security24.co.za (“the site”). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
What security24 is
security24 is a directory, not a locksmith. We list and connect you with independent locksmith businesses. We do not provide locksmith services ourselves, and the locksmiths listed are not our employees or agents.
No guarantee of services
We check listed locksmiths for PSIRA registration and flag LASA membership where applicable, but we do not guarantee the quality, pricing, availability, conduct or outcome of any work performed by a locksmith found through the site. Any agreement for work is strictly between you and the locksmith. You should confirm pricing, credentials and details directly with them before any work begins.
Prices and estimates
Any prices, ranges or estimates shown on the site (including in the cost calculator) are general guides only and are not quotes. Actual prices vary and are set by the individual locksmith. Always confirm the price with the locksmith before work starts.
Listings and featured placements
Free listings are provided to help you find local locksmiths. A locksmith may also hold a paid “featured” placement for an area. A featured placement affects where a locksmith appears on the site; it is a paid promotional position and is not an endorsement or a guarantee of their work. Terms for paid featured placements are provided separately at the time of purchase.
Accuracy of information
We work to keep listings accurate but cannot guarantee that all information is current or error-free. If you spot something wrong, please tell us via the contact page.
Your use of the site
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to misuse it, including by submitting false enquiries, scraping data, or attempting to disrupt the service.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, security24 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or from any dealings with a locksmith found through it. The site is provided “as is”.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be on this page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
